 Tips for Fresh Graduates!!

Majority of the young graduates, when you  complete your degrees, You are starting jobs in private companies, which ultimately destroy your energy because you have to  work  9 to 5 in office (For gaining experience it is good but not lifetime). Then what is the ultimatum?

Are you fearing to start your own business?

Who will provide budget for new born baby business?

Chances of failing?

Family Tension?

And many more!!!

Now what should you do here?

Find an issue in your local area, provide a solution  don't scare you are a graduate!! Sale your solution locally!!

In starting sell 2 to 3 solutions per month, you will earn 15 to 20k. Slowly your name will be spreading in the Market, while selling 2 to 3 solutions per month, find another issue and provide solution., With time you will have a lot of customers and a lot of solutions. Open an office provide maintenance to existent customers and sell your solutions.

This was the theory of my advice, now how to implement? 

I am Software Developer, so i am going to make scenario for software development!!!

Come out from your home, walk to the shop of a tailor (Darzi) (The most nearest to your home). Ask him when your customer bring clothes, you are searching his/her name in your register, in order to get the details of the customer.

Q1) How much time is required to search a customer name in the Register?

The answer might be 5,6 or 7 minutes

We will consider 5 minutes.

Q2) how much customer do you have?

Let suppose 300 customers!

How much time is required when you are transferring the details of all the Customers from one Register to a new Register?

The Answer might be 2 to 5 days

Calculation:

Now if every customer name is being searched during season (Note there are two seasons means Eid ul Aza and Eid ul Fitter)

Total time waste in one season = total customers x time waste on single customer

Total  time waste in one season = 300x5 = 1500 (minutes)

Total hours = 1500/60  = 25 hours

It means total time waste in two seasons per year 50 hours 

Let me simplify it more?

To make a complete dress suit it requires 3 hours

So

50/3 = 16.66 suits

1 suit making price 700 

Total amount 700x16.66 = 11662

If a normal tailor with 300/ customer use a software he/she will save 11662 per year.

If the tailor has 600/ customer he will save 23324 annually.

Teach the customer why your solution is important. Show him profit and money!! And Earn Money!!!
